米 一杯 ( 洗淨泡水 30分鐘)
紫菜 3 張
蛋 2-3 個 ( 加糖, 鹽 1/4 茶匙, 醬油1 茶匙, 甜酒1/2 茶匙, )
青瓜 1 條 ( 用鹽檫洗沖淨去籽, 切1/2 公分條狀)
黃蘿蔔 ( 切1/2 公分條狀)
肉鬆 1 罐
蟹柳 切條

量杯中調好 1: 糖 2 湯匙 2: 鹽 1/4 茶匙 3: 醋 2 湯匙

Bananarama Cupcake With Chocolate Frosting



Cupcake Ingredients:
1 cup mashed banana
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
Frosting Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups icing sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder

Steps:
In a small bowl, mix banana, evaporated milk and vanilla
extract.
in a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and
salt.
Using an eletric mixer, whip butter and sugar. Add eggs on low speed
until a creamy mixture is formed. Still on low speed, alternately add flour
mixture and banana mixture and beat until well blended.
Spoon batter into
cupcake tins and bake at 350 degree F / 180 degree C for 25 mins
To make
frosting, mix butter and sugar in an electric mixer on low speed
add vanilla
extract and cocoa powder. Mix until creamy and fluffy
Fill a pastry bag with
the frosting and spread over the cupcakes. Make 2 dozen
